Today I thought I would share with you 3 simple and very tasty recipes for a green smoothie, excellent for keeping your asthenia in the distance, to detoxify your body, and to have an energy bust.

1. Smoothie with spinach, apple juice, lemon, avocado, honey, and coriander leaves

It may sound strange to make your nettle smoothie, or you may think that you will be bitten by the tongue, but I can say that you will not regret it.

Method of preparation:

We put in the blender all the ingredients (of course, wash the nettles, and the spinach leaves before) and mix them for one minute, after which we serve this delicious and healthy smoothie. Almond milk will give it a sweeter taste, but the texture will be denser, and the water will give it a very fine texture.

3. Smoothie with stevia, ginger, lemon, soy milk, honey, and mint
