• 700 g chestnuts
• 120 g Stevia sweetener
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp rum
• 400 ml of water
• A pinch of salt.

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Using a small knife, cut the bulging part of the chestnut. Arrange them in a baking paper tray with the notched side up and put them in the oven for 35 minutes.

3. After this time, take them out in a bowl and cover them with a towel for 10-15 minutes.

4. We go to peel the chestnuts, take the skin down as much as we can.
5. Boil them with water for 20-25 minutes, then add the sweetener and salt. Boil until the liquid in the pot is reduced to half of the initial amount.

6. We pass everything through the robot until we obtain a fine and homogeneous paste.


7. Bring everything to a boil again, add the vanilla extract and rum and simmer for another 3 minutes.
