Have you gained a few pounds and want to get rid of them sooner? Here’s a quick diet that can help you lose up to 7 pounds in just 7 days.
The diet is simple, easy to hold, and is based on soup.
- 1 concentrate cube for vegetable soup
- a can of tomatoes (480 g)
- medium celery with leaves
- 1.5 kg of carrots cleaned and sliced
- medium-sized cabbage chopped
- 5 green onions cut
- 400 grams of pods
- salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
Boil at medium heat all the ingredients in a large pot, and add the spices. Once the liquid starts to boil, reduce the temperature to a minimum and let it boil until the vegetables become soft.
Menu for 7 days
Day 1 – soup and fruit (any kind of fruit other than bananas and grapes)
Day 2 – soup and vegetables, preferably green. Avoid the corn, the peas, and the beans. At dinner, opt for a baking potato.
Day 3 – soup, fruits, and vegetables (no bananas and no potatoes).
Day 4 – soup and bananas.
Day 5 – 4 tomatoes, 400 grams of poultry and beans, plus a portion of soup.
Day 6 – turkey meat and a green salad plus a portion of soup.
Day 7 – fruits, vegetables, and brown rice. Serve at least one serving of soup.
