• 500 g chicken breast
• 500 g frozen spinach
• 1 large onion
• 3 tablespoons soy sauce
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 1 tablespoon coconut oil
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• ½ teaspoon of pepper
• 1 teaspoon of turmeric
• 2 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Thaw the spinach.
2. In a large saucepan, melt the coconut oil over medium heat, add the finely chopped onion and sauté until transparent.
