• 120 grams of nettles (cleaned and washed)
• 2 sorrel ties (cleaned and washed)
• 1 cucumber
• 300 ml of almond milk
• 1 banana
• 1 orange
• 1 kiwi
• 3-4 mint leaves.
INSTRUCTIONS:
