
I love cheesecake. Not only do I love eating it, but I love also making it for others.
I spent a lot of time and research making the perfect white chocolate, orange curd, dark chocolate, and jelly cheesecake because I wanted to share it with you all. If you love orange marmalade, then you’ll love this cheesecake.
The orange curd itself has a delicate taste of orange juice and is creamy, smooth, and tastes just like a creamsicle.
This recipe is a rich and decadent dessert with an intense orange flavor. Orange jelly sits on top as both a decorative and flavoring element.
This dessert is one of my favorites. There are so many ingredients that complement each other. It’s rich yet smooth, sweet yet orangey, creamy and chewy, and just the right combination of dense.
Before presenting the recipe, let me tell you a little bit about one of the main ingredients: Oranges!
Oranges

Orange is a fruit that is delicious and healthy. It has many nutrients, but it also has fiber, which helps you feel full and metabolize food quickly.
Oranges are a popular juice, eaten fresh or squeezed into salads or drinks. They are also used for making marmalade and jam. Oranges have many health benefits.

Orange is a delicious fruit that is also very nutritious. It is high in vitamins: vitamin A, B6, and C, and fiber, which helps to boost your immune system.
It also contains Omega-3 fatty acids, and pectin, which helps you feel full and eat less overall. Orange is a great source of potassium, which can help lower blood pressure.

1st Layer – Oreo Crust
2nd Layer – Ricotta + Mascarpone + Unsweetened White Chocolate
3rd Layer – Orange Curd
4th Layer – Ricotta + Mascarpone + Dark Chocolate
5th Layer – Orange Jelly
INGREDIENTS:

Ingredients for the base:
- 300 g Oreos without cream
- 70 g unsalted butter (80%)
- 1 teaspoon of orange essence.
Ingredients for the filling:
- 500 g Ricotta cheese
- 500 g Mascarpone
- 100 g unsweetened white chocolate
- 100 g dark chocolate (70%)
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of orange essence
- 60 g of Stevia
- 25 g gelatin.
Ingredients for the orange curd:

- The juice from 10 oranges
- The zest from the oranges
- 70 g Stevia sweetener
- 4 egg yolks + 1 whole egg
- 80 g butter
- 10 g gelatin
- 60 ml of water for the gelatin.
You will get 500 g of orange curd.
Ingredients for the orange jelly:

- 450 ml freshly squeezed orange juice from 5 oranges.
- 20 g Stevia
- 10 g of gelatin
- 50 ml of water for the gelatin.
Instructions for this delicious white chocolate, orange curd, dark chocolate, and orange jelly cheesecake:
Make the base:
1. Remove the filling from the Oreos, then crush them.
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
3. In a bowl add the crushed biscuits melted butter, and the orange essence, and mix until the composition is homogeneous,
4. Place the composition in a 21 cm springform pan, press, and place in the fridge until the cream is ready.

Make the orange curd:
5. Grate the zest from the oranges, then squeeze them.
6, Put the zest and orange juice in a saucepan together with the egg yolks, the whole egg, and the Stevia sweetener, then put them on the fire.

7. During this time (like 25 minutes) mix continuously until the composition becomes a thick cream, then, take it off the heat, let it cool for 1-2 minutes, then incorporate the butter and mix well until smooth.

8. Strain the cream obtained so that no traces of orange zest remain.

9. Place a clean foil film on top to prevent a crust from forming, and leave the curd to cool.Â

10. After it has cooled, cover the jar with the lid and refrigerate the curd until use. On the day you make the cake, reheat the curd and add 10 g of bloomed gelatin, mix until fully incorporated, and let it cool again.
Note: I will advise you to make the curd one day before making the cheesecake.
Make the filling:
11. 25 g of gelatin is left to hydrate in 100 ml of water for 10 minutes.
12. Melt both white and dark chocolate in a bain-marie in 2 separate bowls, then leave them to cool.
13. Put the ricotta in a large bowl, add the mascarpone, and Stevia, and mix gently until the composition becomes creamy. Beat it for a maximum of 1 minute because otherwise it will be cut. At the end add the orange essence and the melted bloomed gelatin and mix for another 10 seconds.
Make the orange jelly:
14. 10 g of gelatin is left to hydrate in 50 ml of water for 10 minutes.
15. In a saucepan, add the orange juice, and Stevia and bring them to a boil, remove from the heat and add the bloomed gelatin, stirring until the gelatin melts, then leave to cool at room temperature.
Assembling the cake:
16. Divide the obtained cream equally into 2 bowls, add the melted and cooled white chocolate to one, and the melted and cooled dark chocolate to the other, and incorporate them with the help of a spatula with light movements.

17. Take out of the fridge the spring pan and pour the white chocolate filling over the biscuit base and level with a spatula, then put it in the freezer for an hour and a half to harden the cream.

18. Remove the cake from the freezer, pour the curd, and place it in the freezer for one hour and a half to harden.

19. Remove the cake from the freezer, pour the dark chocolate filling, and place it in the freezer for an hour and a half to harden the cream.

20. Remove the cake from the freezer, pour the orange jelly, and place it in the fridge overnight so that the cake sets.

Decoration:
You can decorate the cake with orange slices, white and dark chocolate pieces, orange curd
