Method of Preparation

  1. Mix all the plants in a bowl, and keep the mixture in a jar or box with lid.
  2. To detoxify the liver, a more concentrated tea will be prepared – 2-3 teaspoons per 1 cup of boiling water.
  3. Leave it to infuse for a few hours, or overnight.
