Flavorful Raw Pumpkin Smoothie: An Antioxidants “Bomb” to Strengthen Immunity

To further improve this recipe for flavorful raw pumpkin smoothie, I decided to turn it into a real antioxidant’s "bomb", which will help you strengthen immunity (if consumed regularly), so I added lots of powders and ingredients extremely rich in antioxidants, which should be consumed daily!

The warm and beautiful autumn, with nature painted in yellow rust, also influenced my smoothie recipe today.

A baked pumpkin smoothie is my choice for a healthy breakfast seasoned in the color of autumn. Aromatic, fragrant packed with antioxidants, and finally, extremely tasty, this smoothie makes you think of pie or strudel.

Before moving on to the actual recipe, let’s see some information about some of the ingredients of this raw pumpkin smoothie, incredibly flavorful and full of nutrients.

Last Thoughts:

For about 2-3 years I started drinking smoothies more often at breakfast (at least 2-3x / week) and I fell in love with them! Smoothies are so filling and cook super-fast. Moreover, they give you energy almost instantly and are like healthy and tasty multivitamins!

This raw pumpkin smoothie was delicious! I didn’t expect raw pumpkin to be so sweet and good (I usually bake it and transform it into puree). A refreshing, sweet, spiced, energizing, and packed with nutrients pumpkin smoothie came out.

This raw pumpkin smoothie is also suitable for breakfast or the morning snack.
