I thought I’d throw the glove on for another challenge, which I’m sure will be interesting for everyone, especially as summer approaches: the Challenge of 30 days for flat and toned abs.
We can improve the level of health and fitness, but these improvements do not happen overnight and require a lot of effort, motivation, dedication, and self-discipline for us to succeed. I present you bellow an 8 weeks summer preparing full-body schedule suitable for beginners and intermediates.
I thought we would continue the series of challenges, with a program for the bottom because it is the first one affected by gravity
I thought of launching you a challenge, which I hope you will accept :), if I told you I could offer you a program through which to suffer a beautiful and healthy transformation, namely: even from total sedentary to get to run 5 km, in just 8 weeks.?! Would you accept it? Don’t say it’s impossible until you try! 🙂
